By exploring team vulnerability, building true leadership competencies and giving a framework for high-performance, I shape high-performing teams and positive cultures in organisations as diverse as large multinationals, SMEs and start-ups.
I have developed my unique skill-set whilst leading businesses across New Zealand, Australia, America, the UK and Europe. I have also refined these skills through Master’s study in Business Administration, with a focus on High Performing Teams at the Auckland University of Technology and more recently, Master’s study in Coaching and Behavioural Change at Henley Business School.
Through this study, I have cultivated a deep commitment to the eradication of toxic workplace culture and through vulnerable and open-hearted communication, the development of high performing teams.
